He is a mysterious man who travels across the galaxy to every alien civilization. He then sees into their culture and history, technology, military usage, and their overall goal. When he leaves with a happy expression, more achievements surface but if he leaves with his suit turned black, there will be chaos

He is a character I created for a while for future stories I'm making. That mess of circles was supposed to be his symbol of the Seed of Life with a gold pyrimid in the center. He also has a secret name in the title "The Golden Agent"
